Returns Policy - 14 Day's Money Back Policy

If you are not satisfied with the goods after you receive them, you can send it back to us for a refund of your money. Refunds can be claimed only if you satisfy the conditions given below :

• Products should be returned within 14 days of receiving it.
• Products should not show signs of wear or should not have been engraved, altered, resized (by a jeweller other than Gems ‘n’ Jewels).
• Products have to reach us without any damage during transit. Products should be properly packaged and insured.
• Once we receive the product, we will refund you after deducting the shipping charges and bank transaction charges from the Invoice Value. The remaining amount will be refunded to the same credit/debit card, which was used for the payment from 7 to 15 working days.
• The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by Gems ‘n’ Jewels and accept Gems ‘n’ Jewels's decision regarding the returns policy.

EXCHANGE POLICY

Within 14 Days from Date of Delivery	Deduction on Invoice Value : Shipping Charges
More than 14 Days from Date of Delivery	Deduction on Prevailing Market Rate : 10%

BUY BACK POLICY

Within 14 Days from Date of Delivery	Deduction on Invoice Value : Shipping and Finance Charges
More than 14 Days from Date of Delivery	Deduction on Prevailing Market Rate : 20%

Please Note :

• Fashion Jewellery will be exchanged only within 7 days from the date of delivery. However, the buy-back policy will not be applicable for these categories.
• Jewelry products made only of gem stones shall be exchanged at 70% of prevailing market value.
• Plain gold and silver jewelry and coins shall be exchanged at the prevailing market rate.
• The prevailing market value will be determined by the company.
• Product should be accompanied with Original Product Certificate. Submission of Invoice shall be optional for all Exchange under the Lifetime Exchange Policy.
• In case the customer cannot produce the original certificate, the company will send the diamond to the Lab for recertification.
• The shipping and certification cost shall be borne by the customer.
• Return of Customized jewelry will be dealt by the company on a case to case basis.

Shipping charges under the Buy-Back and Exchange Policy shall be borne by the customer.
